Our Moderator will provide community moderation services to the Client during the trial period of three days. The service will include the following:
- Monitoring and moderating the Client's community platform or social media page(s).
- Responding to user inquiries and concerns.
- Enforcing the Client's community guidelines and rules.
The Client will pay the Moderator for the trial period of three days at the agreed-upon rate. Payment will be due upon completion of the trial period.
If the Client continues the services beyond the trial period, the Client will establish a new contract with new terms and conditions.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice to the other party.
The Client may terminate the trial period at any time without cause, but payment for the completed portion of the trial period will still be due.
The Moderator may terminate the trial period for cause, including but not limited to non-payment, breach of contract, or unethical behaviour.
